Singer Jeremih Pleads Guilty To DUI

Jeremih's DUI charge has been tossed as a part of his plea bargain.

Jeremih's 28th birthday got off to an unfortunate start this July when the singer was pulled over in the San Fernando Valley at 2:15 AM, presumably headed in the direction of birthday sex, and arrested for DUI. 

The singer has now gotten the charge tossed after pleaing no contest on one count of reckless driving, reports TMZ. As a part of the plea bargain, he will complete an alcohol and drug education course. He was also given 2 years of probation.

The singer apparently hit the clubs the night after getting arrested, not one to be kept down by the man.
